As an alternative to Game Circle, in the update 7.2.0 we're enabling a feature that will help Amazon players save, restore, and transfer War Robots profiles. War Robots progress will now be associated with the Amazon account you're logged in (Settings → Personal → My Account).

How do I avoid losing access to my WR profile?
If you have access to your main WR profile (regardless of whether it was connected to Game Circle prior or not), you should connect it to Amazon to avoid losing it in the future:

Find Authentication section and tap the Amazon connection button.
Now you're all set: the game profile will be connected to the Amazon account you're logged in with in your device settings. You can now transfer it to another Amazon device or restore it in case of a loss by logging in with an associated Amazon account: Settings → Personal → My Account.
How do I restore my WR profile I have no access to?

- Launch War Robots;
- Open the game menu;
- Find Authentication section and tap the Amazon connection button;
- Contact WR support via the game and provide the following information:
- the game ID or a nickname of the lost game profile;
- Facebook ID (in case your lost profile was connected to FB):
Open Facebook in a browser → Settings and Privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Logged in with Facebook → War Robots → Your user ID; - Some other information that'll help us identify you as an owner: approximate creation date, location (city) where it was used, a list of devices used;

- The game profile you will contact WR support from will generally be lost. If you'd like to keep it, please mention it in a ticket as well—we'll try to help.
How do I transfer my WR profile to another device?
You can do this by logging in with the Amazon account your WR profile is connected to. If you haven't connected your WR profile to Amazon yet, do the following on the device your trying to transfer your WR profile from:

On a device you're trying to transfer a WR profile to:

- If you were not prompted to load a WR progress, clear War Robots cache and data and try again: Apps and Notifications → War Robots → Storage → Clear cache and clear data.
How do I switch between multiple WR profiles on a single device?
You can do this by logging in with a proper Amazon account in your device settings. Note, in order to do that, each of your WR profiles should be connected to a separate Amazon account.
- Remove your Amazon account from your device: Settings → Personal → My Account → Deregister → Familiarize yourself with the information given and confirm;
- Log in with another Amazon account your another WR profile is connected to: Settings → Personal → My Account → Register;
- Clear WR cache and data: Apps and Notifications → War Robots → Storage → Clear cache and clear data;
- Launch War Robots;
- Open the game menu;
- Find Authentication section and tap the Amazon connection button.
You'll be prompted to load your WR progress after that.
