There’s a special type of equipment that only Titans can be installed with. Likewise, other robots cannot be equipped with it as well as Titans can’t carry non-Titan weapons. They are of two types:

Alpha — super effective equipment in terms of damage or utility;

Beta — less powerful but still worthy units.
Both types have a Defence Mitigation effect.
Alpha and Beta equipment can be purchased in the game store with Pt (Platinum).
Upgrading this type of equipment is similar to how you’d upgrade regular equipment with the only difference that upgrades are instant and you have to pay some Pt (Platinum).
You can also sell these items for Ag (Silver).
