If you haven’t received your reward right after completing an offer, don’t worry!
Please note, though it usually takes approximately 15 minutes for the reward to show up, it can sometimes take a bit longer. So, if you are sure that all the requirements are fulfilled and there is still no reward I suggest you just to wait a little longer.
To review your offer status please follow the steps below:
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the offer screen.
2. Find "Missing rewards?" and tap on it.
3. All of the tasks you took on will appear with a status column on the right.
4. "Completed" means that you either have already received the reward or are about to get it. If you didn't receive the Silver, please give it at least 24 hours for the reward to show up.
5. "Pending/Rejected" means that an offer has not yet been approved by the 3rd party provider or has been rejected because the requirements were not met.
If you feel that you met all of the requirements for an offer and still didn't receive the reward, please contact the ad provider directly and provide your User ID and your App Key you can find on the offer status page. The instructions on how to do that you can find here.
