Possible reasons why you can't find a player or a clan:
- Wrong ID or nickname: The name or ID of a clan/player is not correct. Ensure you enter them correctly;
- Different platform: A commander you're trying to invite or a clan you're trying to join might be on another platform (iOS/Android/Amazon/Steam/MGLauncher);
- Clan has been disbanded: In the case of a clan, it simply might have been already disbanded.
