Training Center is a place where you can hire new pilots.
There are always three random pilots available to hire for Au. They are chosen randomly, so other players can have a completely different list of pilots. The list of available pilots updates twice every day, but you can also refresh it manually with some Au or by watching an ad.
Since the list of pilots is random, it can include both Regular and Legendary pilots of various levels and ranks. The maximum rank pilots in the Training Center can have is Captain; it depends on how many experienced pilots you have at disposal.
Note that in the Training Center there can be pilots holding high ranks and low levels at the same time. As you can see in the screenshot below, while Mylene Blackwood's rank is Sergeant, she's level 8 with only one skill available. It means that you don't need to pay for the pilot's promotion up to level 30 when Mylene is ready to attain a new rank (Lieutenant): at level 11 and 21 two new skills will unlock without any cost.
To open the Training Center and hire a pilot:
- Go to hangar;
- Press the offers+pilots button in the upper left corner of the screen;
- Select the 'Training Center' tab on top;
- There'll be three pilots available to hire.
