Your pilot can have up to seven non-legendary skills depending on their rank and level. Whenever your pilot has a new skill slot available, you receive a random skill. Which skill you'll get depends exclusively on your robot’s setup: there is a pool of skills for every robot + equipment configuration. Skills are passive perks of different types that allow you to:
- increase weapons' damage;
- increase robot's durability;
- increase robot's speed;
- repair robot's durability;
- recharge robot's built-in abilities faster;
- lock onto targets faster;
- increase damage resistance;
- increase rate of fire;
- increase shot grouping;
- increase suppression effect;
- accumulate charges faster and so on.
NOTE: Bonuses are additive if you have any activated boosters or modules which give you bonuses of the same type.
